I like Peachie.nu and Fontalicious.com. Then, download it and REMEMBER where you saved it. Then, click 'Open'. This will open the place where you saved your file to. Click on it and Winzip (or whichever upzipping program you have) will pop up. Just keep clicking 'Next'. Then go to Start>>Control Panel>>Fonts. A list of all the fonts you've got will pop up. Go to File>>Install New Font. Go to whereever you saved your font. The name of your font will pop up. Then simply click on it and go OK and you computer will start installing the font. Then go to Word or something similar and test out your cool new font!
